Making the most of your events.

While more interaction is done online these days, face-to-face meetings are still an important part of business. Looking a client in the eye, holding a new product in your hands, or speaking directly to your sales force are invaluable interactions in the sales process. Trade shows, fundraising luncheons and award galas all require extreme attention to detail while always keeping the big picture in mind.

It's easy to get bogged down in the logistics of events and forget that ultimately they are a marketing venture. You are marketing to your attendees. Their experience will determine whether or not they walk away ready to carry on your message.

LB Marketing provides event planning from start to finish or anywhere in between. From developing a theme to designing invitations and scheduling memorable activities, LB Marketing takes care of the details so you can focus on the business at hand. Make the most of your face-to-face time and let us take care of the rest.

Event Planning

For the past four years LB Marketing has been the Event Planner for the Women's Resource Center Annual Leadership Luncheon. This is their main fundraiser where they raise the majority of their budget for the entire year. With hundreds of attendees, a keynote speaker, video, raffle baskets, VIP guests, corporate sponsors, and vendor tables, this event takes hours of preparation by a committee of employees, volunteers, and board members. LB Marketing handles all of the marketing and logistics so that the board members can focus on sponsorships.

Below are a few photos from the 2013 luncheon which was held on April 12 at the Hyatt at the Bellevue in Philadelphia. Our Keynote Speaker was Elizabeth Gilbert, author of Eat, Pray, Love. 400+ attendees, 31 fabulous raffle baskets, 28 vendor tables, two honorees, and an award winner. What a day!
